As the pandemic has caused many of us to refocus on their homes, our outdoor areas have become more important than ever. As highlighted in this article posted by NAHB, it focuses on the outdoor aspect as one of the featured areas of this home, not just outside, but the view from within the home with the expansive windows from all levels of the home. This can be seen on the virtual tour above.
"While the interior of the home optimizes its new, open floor plan, the exterior is equally geared toward maximizing living space. The backyard was completely revamped to feature a redesigned pool with a hot tub, splash pad and shallow beach area for kids. There is also green space in which to play and entertain, as well as a separate cabana that is fully equipped to serve as office space and guest accommodations."
